Background and Education

Dr. Randall Sagisi grew up in Hawaii on the island of Maui, where he developed a strong sense of community and a desire to help others. Before becoming a dentist, he worked as a dental hygienist in Honolulu, HI, gaining valuable experience in preventive care and patient comfort.
He later earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree and completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York — one of the nation’s most respected programs for clinical excellence and comprehensive training.
During his residency, Dr. Sagisi gained advanced experience in restorative dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, implantology, and complex case management — skills that continue to define his patient-first philosophy today.
